Ho Chi Minh at an awards ceremony at the Headquarters of the Vietnamese People's Army, Hanoi, August 1964 -- Daily LIFT #928
The ceremony was held to give awards to the units which had rendered meritorious services. President Ho Chi Minh congratulated them on behalf of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Vietnam and the government.
