The Communist Party of Greece (KKE) reports that on Friday, March 21, the Communist Youth of Greece (KNE) and the A' Athens Organizations of the KKE organized a militant demonstration in front of the Israeli embassy, expressing their solidarity with the Palestinian people and denouncing the criminal genocide that Israel, with the support of the USA, the EU and its other allies, has unleashed against them.
The thousands of demonstrators also condemned the attitude of the Greek government and demanded that Greece stop all cooperation with Israel and recognize the independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital, based on the unanimous decision of the Greek Parliament in 2015, which all the governments over the years have refused to implement.
Similar mass demonstrations took place in Thessaloniki and other cities.
