Havana - The President of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, held talks on Saturday with the President of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, Luis Alberto Arce Catacora, who is on a working visit to Cuba at the invitation of the Cuban Head of State.
The presidents reviewed several issues on the bilateral agenda to boost cooperation in areas that had been defined by both during the official visit made by the Bolivian Head of State in December 2021.
The Cuban President thanked Arce for the donation of food sent by Bolivia in support of the populations affected by the intense rains recorded in the month of June in eastern Cuba.
On the Cuban side, Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla participated in the meeting.
