Soviet stamp Issued in 1968 in honour of the 50th anniversary of the Red Army. It depicts the liberation of Vladivostok from counter-revolutionary armies in October, 1922.
Vladivostok was liberated by Red forces under the command of Ieronim Uborevich as part of the final campaigns in the Far East that ended the Civil War and the threat of counter-revolution.
