As the first anniversary of the start of the genocide in Gaza looms on October 7, this weekend mass rallies in solidarity with Gaza and Palestine are planned across North America and around the world. A national day of solidarity has also been planned on October 7 across India by a coalition of Left parties.
People's Forum:
On October 5th, people from across the world will take to the streets for a global day of action to mark one year of genocide in Gaza and one year of resistance. As the US-Israeli genocide wages on and threatens full-blown regional war in the Middle East, the people in Palestine remain steadfast in their resistance and fight for liberation. In New York City, join us in Times Square at 2pm ET as we march and reaffirm our commitment to the struggle for Palestine on this international day of action!
Palestinian Youth Movement:
One year of genocide. One year of resistance. After twelve months of tireless mobilization and unrelenting struggle, the masses of the world will gather this October 5 from wherever we are to rally in support of our steadfast people across all our lands, from Rafah to Beirut. Join us as we demand an arms embargo, sanctions against Israel, and an end to the Western-backed Zionist genocide of the Palestinian people. We’ll see you in the streets!
